Lama Rinpoche

His Eminence Kundrol Drakpa Mongyal Lhasray Rinpoche Rinpoche is an internationally recognized Dzogchen master from Bon and Nyingma traditions. He is the son of His Eminence Kundrol Drakpa Hungchen Drodu Lingpa Rinpoche, a terton (one who discovers hidden treasures) who represents the unbroken lineage of teaching from the First Kundrol Drakpa Rinpoche (who himself was descended from the Buddha Tempa Sherab Miwoche).

She practiced Dzogchen Ngondro
(preliminary practice for Dzongchen)

Ngondro

If you want to practices to Dzogchen, in the beginning,
all practitioners receive teachings on the preliminary practices (Ngondro). Then meditation practices are added that focus on the true nature of mind. It is necessary to have a qualified teacher when beginning these practices, in order to receive an introduction to the nature of mind.

Amitayus Buddha

I prostrate to Amitayus Buddha. May sentient beings have long life and attain enlightenment as quickly as possible!

This is the picture we received from Lhasray Rinpoche when he performed the Amitayus or long life empowerment in Hua-Hin last December. At that time, I stayed in Thailand and had great opportunity to serve him as well as to work for the Thosuand Stars Foundation.
